• STRICTLY base on first come first served.

• All prices are fixed!
• All products are not refundable unless wrong or damaged products are received.
• For PRE-ORDER products, estimated waiting time 7 to 14 days upon arrival in Singapore.
• PRE-ORDER products might be delayed / out of stock / or some other reasons due to supplier side.
( We will update you or make another arrangement before proceeding with the necessary refund )

• All payments are by bank transfer (POSB or OCBC)

Reservation
• You can place a 50% deposit to reserve the items you want for 3 days
( Product below $15 is not applicable )
• Deposit received then consider items reserved
• Deposit will be forfeited after 5days
• OUT OF STOCK item can be (Preorder) provided supplier have available stocks & a deposit of 50% of the product price is require.
⚠ Attention: Deposit will not be refundable for cancellation of both Reservation & Pre-order.
Self collection
• Strictly "ONLY" at Blk 296B Choa chu kang Ave 2 (S682296) lift lobby during Mon-Sat from 9am-11pm.
• Choa Chu Kang Mrt "ONLY" on Sunday at 1pm-2pm.
Mailing
• Pack and post out next day!!
• No oversea mailing
• $1.70 for normal mail (not exceeding 500g) 2-5 working days (No tracking number)
• There will be an additional between $2.24 - $5.00 (inclusive of GST) depend on weight applicable for local registered article. 2-5 working days With tracking number

1) Please ensure you arrange someone to receive the parcel on the day and time you've booked.
2) We'll leave a notification slip for you to rearrange your next delivery if no respond upon arriving.
3) There'll be an additional charges for arranging a reschedule based on your new arrangement.

• Delivery on the day of purchase will have an additional charge at $5 excluding the area charges.
